Forgive and Forget

Hi,

  

    I am back after a long break,I was busy learning new lessons of life from young teacher.

    Vaccination @ pediatrician's clinic was the place wherein I learnt one more lesson of life. I had taken my baby for her vaccination, she was happy and playful with everyone around. But only till she was given a shot. That unexpected pinch made her cry loud. She, being smart enough, realized that doc was the culprit, the way she looked at him hinted that very well.

             As she cried,doc tried to divert her mind. He smiled at her, gave a few toys and she smiled back to him, forgetting that it was doc who gave her shot a few seconds back.
       

           Do we adults forgive someone who gave us pain, hurt so easily? A big no for most of us. We never let ourselves forget that, even if time heals the wounds, we just carry with us that hatred on our mind. Why? Any answer?  Agreed that its possible that someone hurt where it hurts the most but does carrying anger, ....or any negative feelings in mind affect that person, the culprit? No, unless it shows in your behaviour? Does it affect you? YES. Those hard feelings for someone makes everything around unpleasant for you. So who is finally being affected by holding grievances. I would rather say that you are more guilty than that person then as he just made few moments bad, but we are extending it to days, months, years....

          Am I Wrong???

I will permit no man to narrow and degrade my soul by making me hate him.  

Hating people is like burning down your own house to get rid of a rat. 

Trust like a baby !!

         
        We always say that we believe in God..We trust of our parents, our families, our friends. But do you think you are right? Do you really trust them?? I doubt.

        How you even noticed how a baby trusts her parents, her family?? Yesterday when I threw my baby up in air, she gave a big smile. She was enjoying being up there in air. She don't even got a thought that what if I don't hold her? What if she gets hurt?  Big NO. That's what is trust,an unconditional trust. Can you think of one person in your life today,whom you trust blindly?? Rely completely??? Don't think so.

      Why is it so?? When we are in problem,we say trust that God will come to help and put things in place. But then are we actually able to smile away our worries?? No again. Why??

      God is invisible, unseen. That may make building trust a difficult task but what about our parents?? I have always put my parents before that unseen power,God. Our Parents are Angels of God. They are the ones who took care of us though each phase of life,every moment of our life,rather even before we took first breath. And not to forget that even when we were babies we trusted them unconditionally,like my baby today.

        Then why that trust seems to fade away as we grow up?? Do our parents change?? Or is it their love for us ?? No..Its we have have changed. We are no more babies but grown up,educated, intelligent individuals. Why do we forget that it was our parents who made us this capable to consider ourselves intelligent,educated? When we were toddlers and trying to take our first step,strong fatherly hand guided us through. Then why today you dont trust them as much?

       Why????

Welcome every morning with a smile

 


         How do you welcome a new day??  Ever with a smile?? That's not true for me atleast. And I feel more often than not you all will be agreeing with me. We just wake up with a feel like we are just not ready to start with the day yet.


       But my princess taught me to welcome the day with a smile. Whenever she wakes up let it be mid of night,or early morning or any time of day,the moment she wakes up, there's a huge smile on her face and trust me, that smile is so beautiful that it not only makes her day for everyone around her. 


       Why that's not true for us?? The way we start our day makes a world of difference,and its not that we don't know this..knowing it very well still we tend to forget. Fact is whether we wish to or not,we have to get up,and get ready to face this world and we do it everyday but its so unwillingly.


     I had read it somewhere, "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you take it". So its just 10% what cant be changed, rest 90% is in our control, provided we take the charge and not just drag ourselves through it.


     I never believed that such a small change like a smile can have such an impact, till I tried it for myself. It works wonders. 


    So Lets just Smile..Lets start our day with new hope, great energy and positive attitude,that smile brings in and sets stepping stone for a great day for you and even for those around you.


Lets make life beautiful.

Try n try till you succeed

      Why do we always remember Spiders story to realise that our honest efforts will always succeed?? Why not our babies,our best teachers??


      My baby learned to roll over for the first time on 27th October. Within 10 days,she has mastered the art of rolling over but not getting back on her back or moving forward on her tummy. So after few minutes on her tummy,it hurts her and she cries calling me to get her comfortable. But again after few minutes,she is back on her tummy. She just doesnt accept her defeat or incapability to get herself comfortable. 


      Though those efforts will be hurting her and she cnt lie on her tummy for long but that doesnt stop her from trying. Then why us?? When a few months old baby doesnt give up her tries rather being so helpless,why we?? We are so matured and thoughtfull then why a small hurdle in our way of life makes us slow down and give it thoughts?? Why dont we fight for our goals ( Even these tiny babies know thats the right way)? Then why not we elders?? 


Answer anyone???

Exploring a new world of motherhood

Hey there,


        Life is so different with baby on board...I am a mom of 5 month old baby now and things around have changed so rapidly with the presence of a little one..


       Everyone of us has been through various emotions of life but being a mom...no words to express,its a heavenly feeling. I was always told this by those experienced ones but I never knew it could be so true,rather no emphasis is over emphasis for this feeling.


       My baby teaches me something new daily....yup that's not a typing error, I mean it. Rather we teaching to our babies its actually babies teaching us,provided we are ready to learn.


      Ooops,baby awake,so am going back to duty. See Ya..
